MetaTrader5 Integration for Data and Backtesting

From a metatrader5 terminal, a lot of data can be taken and analysed for FX and other markets using the python library. Whilst the products traded are mostly CFDs, this product could be easily integrated into vectorbt. I have already written methods to initialize, download and re-cast the data into Pandas so it is readable by vectorbt.
