username addition

refer to #222, without ZNC support, username become handy because ZNC is using username for login and decide which server should it bounce.

So I might want to ask here.

To my knowledge there's no such thing in the IRC protocol (for connecting to a server), apart from a server password. Is this some proprietary ZNC API?

It exists. In Atleast Hexchat and other irc client. such as Andchat
