Active fork of this repo

[hoijui]

As this repo did not receive any maintenance since 10 years,
we forked it, applied all four open Pull-Requests,
and fixed two low-hanging issues.
We plan to actively use (and improve) the repo ourselfs,
and are happy to hand out push access to others,
if they want to act as maintainers as well.

We did more work on it:

• All graphics are now in SVG
  (edited with Inkscape, a powerful Open Source SVG editor)
• A PDF is automatically generated on each commit (link in README)
• An EPub is automatically generated on each commit (link in README)
• HTML is also generated, but it is still in bad shape as of now.
• REUSE licensing info is complete now
