I would love to read this book on my kindle? I didn't found in the Rakefile how you actually generate the pdf from your html files. Don't you think it would be possible to generate a epub and a mobi file as well?

This repo is unmaintained since 2013.
We took over maintenance last year,
and I just now added a link in the README to a generated epub file:
