preferences: vehicle type and PID pulldown fixed options

The manual PID updating is daunting and unnecessary for most users. Also, it currently forces them to change the PID values when they change vehicle types.

It would be more user friendly to have pulldown options to set vehicle type. This changes what pulldown options would then become available for PID values. Perhaps even just provide buttons labeled fast, medium, and slow.
