The vm details are not refreshed when we re fetch the MigrationTemplate

In #106 we have disabled the VM migration if it's turned off. In this case, we inform the user to turn on the VM to enable the migration.
In this case, we provide a manual refresh option as well as poll, to get the latest VM details so we know if the VM is turned on and has an IP, but the migration template is not reflecting recent VM details.

@OmkarDeshpande7 tells me no reconcile happening in the backend, until anything in the CR changes, that is the cause.
He will take a look how to fix this.
