Allow map to be rotated by given degrees in SDK

As a user
I need the ability to rotate the map by x degrees
With the assets locations staying true
So that I can view the facility/asset with the context that is familiar to me
Helping me to locate and analyse assets

“Pre-rotation” functionality will be offered, that will allow admins to rotate maps prior to rendering on the screen
