Option to filter by labels as 'and', instead of 'or'

I would like an option when filtering by labels where cards must have all selected labels.

To make this simple, it could look similar to Factorios train station conditions (of all things):

Whenever multiple labels are selected, and 'or' button is shown next to each (except the first).
On click, this button changes between 'or' and 'and'.
Label drag and drop would allow for change of operation order.

This could also just be a single global button.
