Display precision not used

Release with the issue:
v2.8.7 (but seen it with earlier versions).

Browser and Operating System:
Chrome / Windows / iOS / MacOS

Description of problem:
If the 'show decimals' option is true then that card doesn't honour the temperature setting 'Display precision' e.g. if it is set to 1.2 I see 1.23.

May be related but sometimes the 'Feels like' precision is a lot more decimals than it is set to.
