Automatic switch input

Automatic switch input when there is audio measured on an input port.
There is already a simple method which does something like this. Reading audio inputlevel from ITEC. Using scan-prio property of sources.
This method is not robust yet. Also the timeout_auto_switch setting should be taken into account.
