error:

could not load library "/usr/lib/postgresql/pipeline_kafka.so": /usr/lib/postgresql/pipeline_kafka.so: undefined symbol: LZ4F_compressUpdate

also what solved the issue for me was changing from -lz -lpthread -lssl
in makefile to -lz -llz4 -lpthread -lssl
