How to convert to sysex?

Is there a way to convert these .hpp into .syx so we can load them onto our devices without having to rely on the rebeltech website? Can we get a website that is just a list of patches with direct links to .syx so we can make an Internet Archive of it for times when the site's down?

I would ask in the Discourse Community but it isn't sending confirmation emails anymore and rebeltech.org has been down for weeks so this is my only way to ask.
