Overwrite with zip files - Closing Has Unintuitive Behavior

Closing the "Overwrite with zip files" dialog should cancel the upload. If the x close button on the top right of the dialog is clicked:

I would expect the upload to cancel, instead I get taken to a new dialog for choosing the file:
