No way to see "unique identifier" for Custom Layouts after creation

When a custom layout is created, you provide the "unique identifier":

however in the UI there is no way to see this value after the fact.

This value is needed when setting up workflow to define what layout is shown for a given stage.

The value should be shown in the UI:
