[Feature]: Add Menu and Back tap_action to template badges

• I have updated Mushroom to the latest available version
• I did a search to see if there is a similar issue or if a pull request is open.

Is your feature request related to a problem?

I am using the new HA badges because they allow for a smaller title / state within the badge.
When using the "old" mushroom chip cards, you can add a menu and back option. This is not possible with the newer template badges.

Describe the solution you'd like

Make it possible to set menu and back buttons as tap_action in template badges

Describe alternatives you've considered

Just as with the default HA badges, make it possible to set a smaller title within the template badges.
