New template line in mushroom cards

In many Mushroom cards, we have a very easy and ergonomic way to select what we want to display as primary and secondary info.

Nevertheless, there is often one info missing, or a litle customisation needed, that often drives us to use a template card instead of an entity card.

I would like to be able to select in the list for primary and/or secondary info an additional template line:
