Add charge_point to Charging station theme

I WOULD LOVE to have the ability to add individual charge points (chargers) via mapcomplete.

So the detailed version of EV charging stations is that you map the charging station itself (as an area if possible) and then man_made=charge_point for each charger.

The advantage of this is that you can more detailed charging speeds per charger and other details.

But the charge_point's don't need opening hours and such, that's left for the amenity=charging_station

I add a lot of chargers, so would love this to be added.
