Add image ocr text reader

It might be nice if Mapcomplete had an image ocr feature.
The main use case I see being able to add ref values. just take a pic and have it read the ref.
Sure I could type it out, or sure i could use something like google lens to ocr it. but that's more steps.

It would be nice you had an ocr js library that just in browser did it and (in the case of a ref) automatically finds the one line that is the ref.

Example would be the ref of charging stations.

One thing to keep in mind that it should be posible to ocr multiple images if there are multiple ref's for one item. Ex: charge_point https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:man_made%3Dcharge_point
