Improvement + issue to map cert in the db

Thanks for this charts.

I am trying your charts but in airgap kubernetes. For this reason I would advice to set var for the initContainer of the Alpine images and define a global var for imagePullSecrets.

Futher more now I have a an issue the pod semaphore-databse-0 which does not map the certificats.

2022-11-11 13:13:12.294 UTC [1] FATAL:  could not load server certificate file "/var/lib/postgresql/database-certificates/postgres.crt": No such file or directory
2022-11-11 13:13:12.294 UTC [1] LOG:  database system is shut down

Since I am really a beginner in helm, may I ask for help ?
