A semi common occurrence is someone starting up their development environment and for some reason getting a new IP address assigned to their Docker VM. In these cases they see errors due to an inability to talk to the docker host due to a need to regenerate certificates. Enhancement idea to see if we can autodetect that as a case and fix it.

I haven't had to support any one on it in a while, but I don't know if that's because it doesn't happen frequently or the user base has already learned the symptoms so that they can help themselves.
