Idea: Environment Variable to force use of Passphrase Lockdown

Idea:
Make a Environment Variable to force use of Passphrase Lockdown - before you could "Push It!"

This is so that you need somekind of Passphrase Lockdown before you could push and send it.
This is to increase security.
