In order to make phytomining more usable beyond the side products, one should be able to centrifuge lava and based on the biome/dimension obtain ore-rich lava which can then be solidified and phytomined for resources at a reduced rate compared to ores. This would provide an incentive to not only go to different biomes for different materials, but would also make the difficult process of automating hyperaccumulating fertilizer a viable source of materials! In addition, it would make Destroy-exclusive materials renewable, allowing more complex farms to be made using them.
Also, I believe phytomining as a whole should be buffed, either as good or slighter better than Fortune 3, to give it another usage. With this however would mean that Magic Beetroot seeds would become very overpowered, but a simple solution to this would be to allow ore-based phytomined beetroots to have Fortune used on them but not on the Magic Beetroot and my proposed lava-extracted variants
