Air pump

Currently, the only way to increase the pressure/add more oxygen/nitrogen inside a vat is by building another vat and pumping the air from it into the original and breaking and reforming the original vat once the atmosphere inside is depleted.

The mod would benefit greatly from a way to pump in air passively, especially in regards to oxygen-heavy reactions and reactions that require high pressure.
