https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/1036/extensions/:
I like this extension but if I activate or desactive any extension using this extension, it won't save after a reboot and it will swicth it back to what it was before. This doesn't happen with the Tweak Tool. Please fix.

Work-around, until there's a fix:
gsettings set org.gnome.shell enabled-extensions "[ 'foo@bar', 'baz@bar' ]"

Get the list of extensions from /usr/share/gnome-shell/extensions and ~/.local/share/gnome-shell/extensions.
