Webhook for telegram bot @CoordinateConverterBot.
This simple Telegram bot is used to convert WGS coordinate (used outside China) into GCJ coordinate (used inside China). Send a message containing Google Map urls (whose latitude and longitude query parameters are in WGS) to this bot and it will send you back corresponding Google Map link whose coordinate is in GCJ.
It is recommended to use @PortalAssistBot together with this bot.
