Add support for trader margin ratio queries

Margin ratio is calculated as: (margin + pending funding payments + unrealized Pnl) / openNotional
The query is to return the calculated ratio and the components: margin, funding payments, unrealized Pnl and openNotional
The query should allow filtering by trader, blocknumber and timestamp

As discussed in Discord, we want to experiment with allowing community members to give donations to devs that provide pull requests. I'll match the donation (same dollar value in PERP), so now we have 100 USDC & $100 worth of PERP for this feature request. Look forward to seeing how it goes!
