Subject: Update the docs on threads

When people have trouble using DBI and threads, I often point them at https://metacpan.org/pod/DBI#Threads-and-Thread-Safety. However, it was written some time ago when ithreads were young and I feel it could use an update. It points at a post about threads from 2003. Since then, threads have greatly improved. I would be interested to see an update to "Threads and Thread Safety" taking into account the state of threads and drivers today.

I would be delighted to see a patch to update the "Threads and Thread Safety" section.
Since I don't use threads I'm not qualified to write it myself.
