No estoy muy seguro de cómo hacer esto.

De momento estoy introduciendo las coordenadas manualmente. Hay varios problemas:

twitter ya no ofrece los datos de geolocalización de los tweets en la API
mucha gente "olvida" poner los hashtags según la propuesta de la iniciativa
mucha gente pone más hashtags además de ciudad/barrio

Manualmente es un poquito de engorro, pero me resulta difícil ver una automatización sencilla que compense.
