Mention pd<>pindexer version mismatch in missing event property error

A common error that people encounter is that an event is missing a property. This is most commonly due to the fact that the event in question was generated using an old version of pd while a newer version of pindexer is being used to index those events.

To close this issue:

• mention this in the error mesage
• mention in the docs that pd and pindexer need to be in sync, and how to sync them, clear the db etc.
