OWASP does an annual Top 10 Web App Security Risks (e.g. 2017 is here.

A summary of these would make an interesting talk. FWIW, Michael Nygard's Release It! has a summary and would be a good reference.

Note: I'm not interested in presenting this talk. I want to hear it :-)
