More a patch than a version, but...
updated ZoteroPortable.ini (Launcher configuration) to delete empty folders in %appdata% and %localappdata%. This consists in 3 lines added to the file

[DirectoriesCleanupIfEmpty]
1=%APPDATA%\Zotero
1=%LOCALAPPDATA%\Zotero
