Add plink.exe support

The plink.exe command in the PuTTY Suite is handy to send a command over SSH to a host, and receive the output back.
The parameters, and more specifically the quoting of the remote command can be daunting. Especially if there are also quotes in that command.
A function or cmdlet wrapper around plink.exe that simplifies this would be very much appreciated.
