D1 mini lite, DS1306 oled, Tiny RTC I2C module (1307), level shifter and 2 PCF8574 DIPs and some low powered relais (or a transistor boost before), instead of the MOSfets.

If you can, get a PCA9555D (50mA max. output instead of 25mA, but needs solder skills) and follow 3.2 HW schematic, which enables the use of ENC2650.
