A Bitcoin UI kit design might be better for a white label feel than a BTCPay-specific one

Christoph has said the BDG UI kit is geared to be platform agnostic but most of the existing designs seem to be geared towards mobile (though certainly extensible to desktop as Christoph demonstrated in the bitcoin core app designs).

I chose the btcpay design system coz it's pretty geared towards desktop and the prototypes could potentially be implemented by them as it is.
