Fail to work on jspm with bower repo set

npm install --save jspm-bower-endpoint
jspm registry create bower jspm-bower-endpoint -y 
jspm install bower:d3
...

outdated gives :

 ℹ Loading dependencies... (this might take some time)

[ERROR] A totally unexpected error just happened. I am deeply sorry about that.
[ERROR] Please, raise an issue on the bug tracker and explain how you used the tool and copy/paste the stack trace below.
