Freezes with LD1115H on ESP32 and ESP8266 #27

After some time the ESP starts to freeze. I am not sure if its just the wifi connection or the whole ESP. Even when I restart I sometimes shows "unavailable". I got the LD1125h for some days and there I dont see these problems so far.
Any suggestions?
