Server/credentials selection of inactive profiles is tedious, either:

Long press for context menu "Connect to..."
Edit profile > OpenVPN > Server/Credentials
Connect on select provider server (beware of AppContext hook, only connect if tunnel != .active)

Used to be 1 screen less in v2.
