Summary of medium term needed improvements

A summary of what I'd like to have as a user

• view the outcome and votes of past governance events. e.g if you go to https://kusama.polkassembly.io/referendum/96 you know it didn't pass, but you don't know who voted and in what proportion. This apply to all governance events.
• Test and adapt for mobile Web3Login button not show on mobile #1074
• Dedicated filter to receive emails only for Referenda, not being a council member, I don't vote on anything else.
• Actually use the platform and see all the small glitches.

Implementation wise

• Keep up with dependency bumps. @PolkaDot deps are far behind
• Prisma v1 needs to go. It's not maintained any more and will continue stacking security vulns.
