Add pause() to cyberbot module?

The sleep() command results in much confusion among programmers because of the name. While it’s the same as a pause() or delay(), the name of it nearly suggests that when following a speed command the robot would somehow be detached, or stop, or go into low-power mode for that amount of time. It could be appropriate to consider making a version in the Parallax library that is called pause(). - KG
