Describe the bug
When I type ":)", this emoji appears in Papercups UI:
Smil
That however is outrageously wrong. With ":)" I only mean a slight smile, like so 🙂 – NOT an excited one like 😃. These smiles are worlds apart.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Send a slight smile.
  2. See a huge smile.

Expected behavior
The smile should be tempered.

This seems to be an upstream issue in tommoor/react-emoji-render ^^
