Actually test template and override systems

I wrote the templating and PR override systems because I thought they should exist, but because this was a hackathon project, they have not been battle tested. I believe when it comes to implementing the workflow in various repositories, we should run into a situation where we will need these things and then we'll be able to validate whether they actually work.
