Integrate more tightly with other mods

Stocker should be able to directly integrate with LogisticsPipes, drawing power from the network during operations (if enabled), use a request pipe from LogisticsPipes to keep itself supplied with required materials if available on the LP network and directly output stuff back into LP as needed.

Stocker should also directly integrate with Applied Energistics, drawing power from the network during operations (if enabled), and directly pull/push items out of/into the AE network, wired up using a basic cable. It will act and look like an actual AE block.
