Investigate: Platform selection for Getting Started page

Currently, the Getting Started page has examples that use the pack CLI.

The figma shows a UI with two sets of buttons that allow a user to select which language and platform they want to see an example for.

This implies that our docs could have getting started content for platforms like kpack and Spring Boot. We should flesh out what a "Getting Started" guide could entail for other platforms, and think about whether it would actually be useful as introductory Paketo buildpacks documentation.
