Allow player to use TM/HM/Move Relearn/Egg Move on different pokemon after backing out

Currently when choosing end of battle rewards and choosing a TM/HM/Move Relearn/Egg Move and rejecting the move being learned sends the player to the next battle.

I'm an indecisive weirdo, and would love it if the state change for backing out of using a TM/HM/Move Relearn/Egg Move would send the player back out to the end of battle rewards to choose a different reward or a different pokemon for the TM/HM/Move Relearn/Egg Move.

How it currently works:
End of Battle Reward > Choose TM > Choose Pokemon > Back out of TM > Next Battle

How it would work after change:
End of Battle Reward > Choose TM > Choose Pokemon > Back out of TM > Back to End of Battle Reward
