Workflows for code throughs are (slightly) inconsistent.

Need to document, standardize, and streamline workflows for each code through:

  • manage R environment with renv
  • switch from RMarkdown to Quarto
  • download proprietary data and confirm all code works
  • document standardized workflow
  • clean up each chapter and align with workflow
  • conform to tidyverse style guide
  • describe each package's purpose first use
  • minimize external package dependency
