Documenting case studies

The documentation for the project can be built using make docs-serve (thanks @pierg, for setting this up!).
In the documentation website, you will see a link for case studies. The top-level configuration for the website is the file mkdocs.yml. In this file will see where to describe the case studies.
As you develop the documentation, the following references may be useful.

• mkdocs documentation
• Useful mkdocs plugins There is a plugin that allows you to use jupyter notebooks in the website. This can be relevant to some case studies.

Also, the home page needs a lot of help. If you have ideas for a clean welcome banner with appropriate graphics, please make suggestions!
