I manually searched this sequence against HMM profiles in Anarci python package by HMMScan program, the model of alpaca was ranked first over human model.

I use durvalumab sequences as example, which is well known fully human antibody.
when I tested it on webapp (https://opig.stats.ox.ac.uk/webapps/sabdab-sabpred/sabpred/anarci/), it clearly told this is human H domain.
but when I tested it with anarci python delivered in Conda, it said this is alpaca H domain.
