Create share with password test cases

From owncloud/core#13526

As "user1": create a folder "folder"
Share "folder" with link, set a password
Log out
As "user2" on the same instance, open the link
Add to ownCloud (the same instance)
Getting "unknown error

Sergio, I believe you started this test in Berlin. What state is it in?

It needed a change in the sharing API to be able to add that password to public shares and add that to pyocclient.

I guess that change was already done. It needs a function in pyocclient to call it and make the test.
