Expected behaviour

Option for label for ocSelect

Actual behaviour

Without this option, trying to implement label left from ocSelect with wrapper-style:

  display: flex;
  flex-direction: row;
  align-items: center;

has unexpected behavior for ocSelect, related issue #1502
