Helper for Contao 4 Open Source CMS

The following functions are added by this bundle:

• New "Start- / Stop-Wrapper" Content-Element
• Adds an insert tag to receive GET-Paremters {{get::*}}
• Overwrites the mod_article template and inserts an inner wrapper (the default wrapper remains available via the template "mod_article_default")
